Suggested Use: Consume 2 TBSP of sea moss gel daily.
Ingredients: Sea moss, elderberry, limes, honey, ginger, spring water
Children under age 1 should not consume honey.

Refrigerate sea moss products IMMEDIATELY. Please note sea moss gels lasts up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer. Sea moss lemonades lasts 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
